State Plan

Idaho's State Plan was approved by the federal government on June 25,2018. The state is required to submit a modification to the State Plan reflecting changes in the labor market and the state's strategies. This document contains the analyses, vision. goals, strategies, and operational planning elements which pertain to all programs included in the plan.

The U.S. Department of Labor sent letters of approval for this plan.

Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Programs Activities Under Title I-B

The Title II program in Idaho is administered by Idaho Career & Technical Education.

Wagner-Peyser Act Program

Vocational Rehabilitation programs authorized under Title IV are administered by two agencies in Idaho - the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Idaho Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Each agency is required to submit a separate program plan.

The SCSEP program in Idaho is administered by the Idaho Commission on Aging and is an optional combined state plan partner.
